As the daughter of a serviceman and the wife of a retired naval officer, TJ has moved around the country her entire life and has learned to readily adapt to new geographical areas and communities. She understands the arduous process of finding a new home and the difficult process of relocating a family. Through this personal experience and the sheer enjoyment of living in many different places, TJ has become a relocation specialist.
TJ attended college at the Thomas Nelson Community College in Virginia and later earned a degree as a sheet metal mechanic journeyman at the Newport News Shipyard Apprentice School. During this time, TJ found herself investing in properties and either renting or selling them. Before long, she was committed to real estate as a viable career path and subsequently gained her real estate license. Since relocating with her family to Erie, TJ has worked for Coldwell Banker and Pennington Lines Real Estate prior to joining Marsha Marsh Real Estate Services.
“I’ve moved nine different times since I married my husband Rick so I appreciate how difficult relocating can be, particularly without someone who knows the area well,” said TJ. “As a real estate agent, I utilize my personal experience to help clients think about and understand all the details that factor into the relocation process.”
Through wise planning, timing and knowledge of the Erie area, TJ works diligently to align prospective buyers with properties that match their criteria. She also has a knack for suggesting amenities to sellers to give properties greater appeal with a better value.
TJ takes pride in being an honest and dedicated agent who puts her clients needs first and foremost. She gets great satisfaction in seeing the joy emulated when a customer finds their dream home. When not focusing on real estate transactions, TJ enjoys sailing, traveling, art and spending time with her family. She and her husband Rick have three grown children and four grandchildren. While raising their children, TJ was very involved with the McDowell Marching Band and the Erie Youth Symphony Orchestra. Today, she is an active member of Abiding Hope Lutheran Church and is a big supporter and fan of the Eerie Horror Fest.

Crystal has extensive knowledge of the Erie area and has a special niche for properties in quaint villages such as Findley Lake, NY and surrounding communities in Chautauqua County.

She is also proud of her past service as a board member of the Union City Community Aglow Lighthouse; member of the Rotary Club of Corry; and, director of Hospitality Ministries at Keystone Christian Church.
